This internship was one of the most rewarding experiences in my journey as a UX Designer. My contributions had tangible impacts in workflow efficiency of the team, and I was able to inform my research and design approaches with hands-on driving and testing experiences in a variety of commercial trucks.
I was able to collaborate many different engineering departments, something unique to the UX team as HMI design impacts everything from cabin and ergonomics to powertrain.
