How might we utilize the gamification of data to encourage conversations regarding the active role that AFC plays in preserving wildlife routes in LA County?
This project is currently in the refinement stages to be displayed by the Data Vandals at LA Union Station.
The Goal of Parcel Simulator
Educate local, casually curious residents about the impact of AFC’s land preservation efforts on the wildlife movement routes within the Arroyo Seco area
Inform visitors about the delicate relationship between humans and local wildlife in LA County to inspire small steps toward a more inclusive attitude toward wildlife in the community.
Serve as an informative, data visualization tool to bridge the gap between advocates and policymakers
